Bilingual Spanish Licensed Clinician (Social Worker)

The Licensed Clinician provides direct clinical services and supports the overall clinical operations of the program. This role works closely with counselors, supervisors, and external partners to ensure high-quality, coordinated care for clients and families. The clinician serves a diverse population and must be able to provide services in both English and Spanish.

Job Function:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy services
• Delivering clinical services in Spanish and English as needed
• Assisting with the development, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans addressing mental health, substance use, and educational needs
• Conducting weekly interdisciplinary case conferences
• Facilitating workshops and therapeutic groups in collaboration with clinical staff
• Working closely with counselors to ensure alignment on treatment goals and interventions
• Supporting aftercare planning by ensuring clients receive appropriate referrals and post-treatment resources

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
• Independent professional license issued by New York State (LMSW or equivalent)
• CASAC preferred but not required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in substance use disorder treatment
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or senior clinical experience
• Working knowledge of OASAS regulations and related oversight agencies (e.g., housing providers, Department of Social Services)
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Must be able to provide clinical sessions, case management, and documentation support for Spanish-speaking clients
