We are looking for reliable professionals to support event operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences and maintaining a professional environment for a diverse audience. Requirements Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and outgoing attitude Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in a fast‑paced event environment Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to follow event procedures and provide exceptional guest service Job Duties Greet guests and provide a welcoming event experience Assist attendees with event registration and check‑in Direct guests to event areas and answer general questions Maintain the VIP Lounge by keeping the area clean, organized, and guest‑ready Distribute product samples and assist customers in the retail/store area Restock merchandise and event supplies as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space Support event operations and assist with additional duties as assigned Benefits Competitive benefits will be disclosed during the screening process or upon hire.
