We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and attentive caregiver to provide in-home support for a client requiring assistance from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM(Mon, Tue, Wed, Friday) and Thursday 9:00AM-5:00PM . The ideal candidate will be patient, professional, and committed to ensuring the client’s comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Provide standby assistance with daily activities and mobility as needed
• Assist the client with prescribed daily exercises and physical activity routines
• Monitor, take, and accurately document daily vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels, etc.)
• Drain catheter bag morning and evening.
• Ensure all assigned care tasks and routines are completed according to the care plan
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or health status
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the client
• Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting the client’s independence
• Follow agency policies, care procedures, and client-specific instructions

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Ability to follow care plans and document tasks accurately
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• CNA/HCA LICENSE
• NAR Certificate if applicable
• Food worker's Card
• Must be punctual and dependable
