Your mission You will join the Regional Digital Security teams in the USA region, reporting to the Regional Chief Information Security Officer (Regional CISO) based near Washington, D.C. Your role will be located in Grand Prairie, TX at Airbus Helicopters Inc Headquarters. You will proactively serve a diverse range of professionals (cyber, IT/OT, industry) across North America using digital collaboration tools and in‑person interactions. Your responsibilities in the team Promote the Group’s cybersecurity policies and security culture on behalf of the Regional CISO, in partnership with Central digital security teams. Develop and maintain relationships between the Group’s local key players and the Regional CISO. Support regional Cyber projects and develop them in partnership with Central digital security teams. Develop and implement digital security directives, methods and standards in line with corporate and divisional strategies and local laws and regulations. Understand and master digital security risk requirements: perform risk identification, evaluate critical assets, threats, and risk mitigation solutions. Support all local variations of Corporate’s Cyber initiatives. Required Profile Master’s degree (or equivalent) majoring in Information Technology or Industrial Management. Good level of English is mandatory. Nice to have Technical projects management, ideally within IT and/or Cyber. Good written and oral skills, with the ability to focus on important matters. Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations entre les personnes clés du Groupe et la Regional CISO. Accompagner les projets Cyber régionaux et les développer avec les équipes Digital Security centrales. Développer et implémenter les directives de Digital Security, en alignement avec les stratégies de l’Entreprise, ses Divisions et les lois locales. Assimiler les besoins en gestion des risques, réaliser des analyses de risques, évaluer les équipements critiques, menaces et mettre en place des solutions de mitigation. Accompagner toutes les variations des initiatives Cyber de l’Entreprise dans leurs déclinaisons locales. Profil requis : Diplôme d’ingénieur (ou équivalent) avec une spécialisation en IT ou en Gestion Industrielle. Un bon niveau d’Anglais est obligatoire. Nice to have : Gestion de projets techniques, idéalement dans les domaines IT et/ou Cyber; Bonne capacité d’expression orale et écrite, synthèse et concentration sur les sujets importants.
