HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining system performance, identifying potential issues before failure, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems Inspect, clean, and service equipment including condensers, air handlers, and duct systems Identify wear-and-tear issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades Accurately document findings and services using company software (ServiceTitan experience a plus) Communicate clearly with customers regarding system condition and recommendations Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean working order Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance or service) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and observational skills Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team $20.00 to $25.00 an hour based on experience Paid time off and holidays Health benefits Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work What We’re Looking For We want technicians who: Take pride in their work Show up on time and ready to perform Communicate professionally with customers and team members Are looking for a long-term career—not just a job Why Join Green Air Group?
