Job Description: We're looking for a skilled and experienced Metal Refinisher to bring their talent and craftsmanship to our expanding markets. As a foreman refinisher, you'll use your expertise in buffing, stripping, sanding, masking, filling, spraying, oxidizing, and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state. Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for following work order instructions and leading your crews to ensure all jobs are completed to quality standards in a timely manner
• Working with solvents, chemicals, pneumatic and power tools
• Follow all safety and OSHA related protocols, including the use of company vehicles
• Successfully complete all required safety and training modules
• Work nights (generally 4/5pm - 2/3am) with flexibility to work occasional days or weekends
• Occasion out of town travel (in company van, with daily per diem allowance & individual hotel)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Metal Refinishing
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
• Current and valid driver's license, with an insurable driving record
• Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
• Comfortable with heights and working in confined spaces
• Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift, reach, climb and carry equipment up to 60lbs unassisted
• Painter or spraying experience of any type
• High level of attention to detail/cleanliness and ability to perform top quality restoration work
