Seeking candidates with relevant DOD/Military sector experience to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military sector clients such as the Department of Army (DOA). JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as an Operational Support (Administrative Support Specialist) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as the Department of Army (DOA) and Fort Bragg Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP). Generally located in Fort Bragg, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Upload reports to CTS/WAS. Manage calendars, reminders, and attendance sheets. Maintain SharePoint repository and physical files. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Clerical and scheduling experience in service-oriented roles. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of administrative support experience. SKILLS REQUIRED Organization, timeliness, discretion. ANCILLARY DETAILS OF THE ROLE Maintains forms and rosters for QA Specialist. Interfaces with IT to resolve technical barriers. OTHER DETAILS Supports Parenting Specialist in class prep and logistics. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced experience with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, Visio, and the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
