Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Market Leader to drive regional expansion by identifying growth opportunities, adding producer capacity through strategic hiring, and accelerating cross‑sell partnerships across the organization. This is a senior sales leadership role for a commercial insurance professional who brings immediate market credibility and understands how to grow client relationships through a consultative, risk‑advisory approach. Strong producers and service teams are in place. The opportunity is to shape where and how Commercial Lines grows next as regional capacity continues to expand.
