Microsoft 365 Developer PositionWe are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading global organization. This role involves developing, enhancing, supporting, and modernizing Microsoft 365 solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency, with a focus on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop, enhance, and modernize SharePoint Online solutions to improve business processes and user experience.Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps) based on business requirements.Design, develop, and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks.Develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse within the Power Platform ecosystem.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting Microsoft 365 applications.Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.Identify opportunities to modernize existing applications using Microsoft 365 best practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives and AI-driven modernization projects using Microsoft Copilot Studio when applicable.Technical Skills Required:With over 4 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Developer, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:Strong experience with Microsoft 365SharePoint Online development and customizationMicrosoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps)Microsoft Power AutomatePowerShell scripting and automationMicrosoft DataverseSharePoint Framework (SPFx)Production support and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 solutionsExperience modernizing business applications using Microsoft 365 technologiesNice to Have:Microsoft Copilot StudioBasic knowledge of.NETBasic knowledge of PythonAI-powered automation solutions within Microsoft 365Microsoft Power Platform governance and best practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldFluent in English (Advanced C1 - C2)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, teamwork, commitment, empathy, responsibility, and a proactive attitudeLocation & Schedule:Remote work from Guadalajara, Jalisco, MexicoMonday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00Benefits:Attractive Salary + Premium BenefitsPerformance bonuses, grocery coupons, and savings are found.Aguinaldo, premium vacations, and vacations paidSGMM Medical insurance, family, and Life insurance.Candidates must include their compensation expectations in their applications and resumes in English.
