Senior BI Analyst

To support strategic objectives across various business areas, the full-time Senior BI Analyst will design and implement data solutions, enhance Power BI models, and lead analytics projects while working remotely in the US. Key responsibilities Execute the design and implementation of data solutions to meet business requirements and enhance decision-making Maintain and improve Power BI relational models for accurate measurement of conservation progress and financial metrics Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver technical solutions and empower business users with self-service analytics resources Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 5 years of experience in programming and systems design, or equivalent combination Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, M, DAX, or similar data manipulation languages Experience building visualizations and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tools Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering partners Experience with data governance principles and enabling data literacy in an enterprise self-service environment
