Server Assistant

Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen's French-inspired bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a Server Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

As a Server Assistant, you'll help create a seamless guest experience by supporting the dining room and bar with efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in the dining room and at the bar with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Confidently and accurately describe dishes as they are presented, answering basic guest questions and ensuring each plate is delivered to the correct guest.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to maintain the pace of service and prepare for incoming guests.
• Polish glassware, flatware, and other dining room mise en place while maintaining immaculate presentation standards.
• Restock and organize service stations throughout each shift to ensure the team is always set up for success.
• Support servers, bartenders, and managers with guest requests and service needs throughout the evening.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room while anticipating the needs of both guests and teammates.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry trays.
• Weekend availability.

• Paid Time Off (PTO), in accordance with Minnesota's Earned Sick and Safe Time law, is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
