My client is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Division 9 who has both office and field experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/ Estimator in the commercial drywall industry. Strong experience with: Drywall (Sheetrock) Acoustical Ceilings Hands-on field experience with commercial drywall projects. Ability to manage projects from estimating through closeout. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must have estimating experience. IEFS

SKILLS

Proficient with: OST (On-Screen Takeoff) Microsoft Excel Experience with takeoffs, bidding, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgeting, procurement, and project management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumicity
