Regional Floating Restaurant Manager

Thompson Hospitality Corp. is seeking a Floating Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant teams across multiple locations in the DC/MD/VA region. You will drive guest experiences, coach managers, and support openings and special events. This role requires 50–55 hours per week, travel across the region, and the ability to adapt quickly while balancing hospitality with strong business results.
