Job Requirements:

• Review and monitor supplies (stretch wrap, boxes, trays, colorant, pallets, etc.)
• Check all machines for sufficient color and material
• Inspect the forklift (LPG or Electric) before use, using the forklift checklist (OPS-FRM-022) or Phone APP
• Remove full pallets and boxes from the machines, stretch wrap and label each pallet
• Use pallet jack when required
• In some cases, affix labels to the appropriate cases
• Maintain and remove all boxes, cardboard, pallets, conveyors, and water tanks as needed
• Make sure electric forklifts are equalized; use the electric lift equalizing form (OPS-FOR-015)
• Bring all scrap boxes of plastic material to the grinding area
• Assist in preplanning jobs, perform color changes or material changes as needed
• Will move all production to hold area or PRSTG area using RF scan gun
• Maintain full water conveyors
• Must perform required training of personnel
• Must be able to communicate well and drive to build teams
• Must be computer literate and maintain training records as needed
• Perform other duties as required
