Speech Language Pathologist

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Pensacola, Florida area. About the Role As a school-based SLP, you will work with students across a variety of grade levels and communication needs in a structured, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible Florida SLP license CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply) School-based or pediatric experience is a plus Pay range and compensation package Pay Rate: $50-60/hour (based on experience) Full W-2 benefits package 12-month spread pay option for consistent income year-round Bonus opportunities available Ongoing support from a clinical advisory team Equal Opportunity Statement PDS partners with school districts nationwide to deliver high-quality therapy and special education services.
