Physical Therapy Assistant Tyler, TX Specialty: PTA Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1372 - $1654 | Shift: 5x8 hour days Are you a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant ready to embark on your next adventure? As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their rehabilitation journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Assisting patients with exercises and therapeutic activities
- Monitoring patient progress and reporting to the Physical Therapist
- Educating patients and their families on exercises and home care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Valid TX PTA License
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Proficiency in using various therapeutic equipment and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
