We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support. Job Requirements Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program. Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
