Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing essential diagnostic imaging services. As a CT Technologist, you will operate CT scanners and work closely with physicians to deliver accurate imaging results.

- Confirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating the scan, adhering to department policies for patient safety
- Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
- Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures to ensure comfort
- Insert IVs when necessary
- Position patients appropriately, utilizing safe patient handling techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring images are correctly identified and sent to PACS
- Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
- Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology, with Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- NYS licensure (must obtain prior to starting position)
- Two (2) years' experience
- Level 1 Trauma Center Experience
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
- Injection certification preferred, must be willing to complete during orientation
- Knowledge of Philips and Siemens equipment preferred
