Principal Software Engineer with Active Secret Security ClearanceTITLE: Principal Software Engineer with Active Secret Security ClearanceRATE RANGE: $95/hr - $120/hr W2 (no health benefits/no paid PTO-an hour worked is an hour paid)CLEARANCE: Active Secret (US Citizenship REQUIRED)LOCATION: Onsite in Tucson, AZ 85756 (no relocation package)DURATION: 12+ months ***No C2C, we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED***DESCRIPTION: This position is for a Principal Software Engineer with at least 8 years of professional experience or 5 years of professional experience and an advanced STEM degree. This position is focused on the design, development, integration, and maintenance of software as a part of onsite factory support of systems to support weapon system product development. The selected candidate will develop applications, libraries, and instrument drivers using the software style, development language, and integrated development environment specified by the organization. The selected candidate will contribute to multidiscipline engineering teams. Typical work involves the development of both engineering and production equipment, environments, and systems. As such, the candidate will contribute to the completion of all stages of product development for weapon system products.
