Get ER‑ready in one year of accelerated learning. The EmERge program is divided into three parts: 14 weeks of accelerated boot camp and initial training. The program begins with 14 weeks of accelerated boot camp and initial training. The first two weeks consist of virtual asynchronous learning, followed by an immersive two‑week, in‑person boot camp with the entire EmERge cohort. This includes hands‑on labs, ER case scenarios, and critical practical skills. The remaining 10 weeks are spent at your primary hospital, rotating through emergency and critical care, as well as other specialties. 20 weeks of hands‑on, immersive training guided by an experienced clinician mentor. 18 weeks of experiential training, with continued mentoring.
