Operations ManagerYou'll work directly with the founder to roll out and run operational processes across CrucialPoint and Symby. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role.Turn defined processes into working systems: ClickUp structure, templates, checklists, SOPs, cadencesRun the weekly delivery rhythm: what's due, who owns it, what's slipping, what's blockedKeep the team on process and on scheduleTrack capacity across the team so we know who has room before we commit to new workOwn onboarding for new clients and new team members so it's consistent every timeFlag early when something isn't working, with a proposed fix4+ years running operations, project management, or delivery at a marketing or digital agencyBroad marketing knowledge. You don't need to be an email expert, but you understand the work well enough to know when it's off track.Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, or similarDetail-oriented and driven. Things don't fall through the cracks on your watch.Available during Mountain Time business hoursRemote, Mountain Time hours, independent contractor. $35 to $45 USD per hour depending on experience. Part-time to full-time, with flat-rate structure possible once established. 90-day trial period with clear milestones, then ongoing.
