Advantage Car & Credit is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and driven Retail Store Manager to join our growing team.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and can confidently manage daily store operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Automotive experience is NOT required! We welcome candidates with backgrounds in retail management, wireless sales, furniture sales, customer service, and other customer-facing sales environments.

We value strong communication skills, a positive attitude, accountability, and the ability to learn over previous automotive experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering a great customer experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring your location operates professionally and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of daily store operations, organization, and overall presentation.

• Building relationships with customers and creating a welcoming, professional environment.

• Managing incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, text messages, and online leads.

• Proactively following up with prospective customers and identifying sales opportunities.

• Asking the right questions, listening, and helping customers find vehicles that fit their needs and budgets.

• Guiding customers through credit applications, financing options, vehicle selection, and the purchasing process.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity in our CRM system.

• Managing daily priorities and ensuring established sales processes are consistently followed.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

• Working closely with regional leadership to achieve sales goals and continuously improve performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for results.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Previous experience in retail sales, retail management, wireless sales, or another customer-facing sales environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in helping people.

• The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay productive without constant supervision.

• A proactive approach to customer follow-up and sales opportunities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfort using computers, technology, and customer management systems.

• A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and consistently follow established processes.

• A professional appearance and positive attitude.

Previous leadership or store management experience is preferred, but not required. Automotive experience is not necessary.
