Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant Rob Sight Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. The Opportunity As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying experience — from their initial inquiry and vehicle selection through test drives, financing options, and final delivery. Our Sales Consultants receive a base salary plus performance bonuses, with the opportunity for successful salespeople to earn $100,000+ annually. What You'll Do * Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries, set appointments, and build your client base * Welcome customers to the dealership in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner * Help customers select vehicles based on their wants and needs * Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives * Guide customers through the entire buying process from "Welcome" to "Thank you for your business!" * Use industry-leading technology to track customer interactions and follow-up * Become a Ford product expert and confidently explain vehicle features, technology, and options * Educate customers about available financing and financial products * Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business What We're Looking For * Previous automotive sales experience with a proven track record of success * A positive attitude and team-first mentality * Strong relationship-building skills * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability and willingness to learn new technology, products, and services * High standards for customer service, quality, and attention to detail * Valid driver's license * Must be at least 18 years old Why Rob Sight Ford? * Base salary plus performance incentives * $100,000+ annual earning potential * 5-day work week / 2 days off * Sales Department hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Life insurance *
