Requirements Locums | Hood River, OR | OBGYN *Preference is utilizing one provider, but we can look at using 2* ________________________________________________________________ SCHEDULE: • Coverage Type: Inpatient and; Outpatient • Schedule Type: Clinic and Call • Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call • Dates of Need: We have a full time need, but are willing to consider 2 providers who can cover 1 week on/1week off OR 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Providers will be expected to work M, Tues, Thurs, Fri in the clinic and then will be asked to take 8 shifts of call a month ( beeper call, will be split if 2 are confirmed). The 8 shifts of call will be sporadic so may not be back to back. There will be one weekend of 24hr call expected to be covered and then 5 week day call shifts (which on those dates, the provider will bill their regular hourly rate then a night call rate while on call and in clinic for the day). • Shift Times: 8am-5pm for clinic, 7am-7am for 24hr call, 5pm-7am for night call • Lunch: N/A • Provider Min # Shifts Required: Preferably full time OR 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off Please ensure bids reflect the below: • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 9 • Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back. ________________________________________________________________ CREDENTIALING • Current CV • License (Oregon): Active only • DEA Required: Yes • Boards: BC or BE within 3-5 years • Skills/Certs: BLS and NRP required • Other: Both OB and GYN privileges will be required so please ensure they can provide enough case logs within the past 24 months to obtain these privileges. ________________________________________________________________ ADDITIONAL DETAILS Providers should expect around 0-2 deliveries to come up while on 24hr call shifts. There will be times where there are no deliveries as well. Since both OB and GYN privileges will be needed, this is incase an emergency ectopic case comes up. They will be helping with in office procedures and minor GYN or OR surgeries. Once presented, the clinic manager will screen candidates and then set up time for a virtual interview with their clinical team. Please ensure availability for interviews over the next two weeks is included on the bid.
