About the Position
OB/GYN Opportunity - SC - 7/7 Block Schedule - 1:7 Call Coverage

Practice Overview
- You'll join a dedicated team with full midlevel support and a collaborative atmosphere.
- Engage in a mix of high-risk and teen pregnancies with scheduled OR time.
- Participate in a wide range of GYN surgeries with excellent hospital-based support services
- Da Vanci Robot
- 300 deliveries a year, 20% C-Setion rate
- Shared call structure, 7 days on/7 days off, with potential compensation for ER call
Schedule
- Standard office hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Friday is a half-day.
- One full 8-hour OR day or two half days each week
- Efficient clinic flow with a steady patient volume
- Flexible scheduling options to help maintain work-life balance
- 1:7 Call coverage
Compensation & Benefits
- Hospital-employed model with a starting salary greater than $400,000 plus an RVU threshold of 9000 per year
- RVU-based production incentives and a full benefits package
- Generous PTO, CME allowance, and relocation assistance
- Signing bonus available; details negotiable upon application
