Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Michigan state license or ability to obtain required Michigan licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• LARA fingerprinting must be completed as required by the client.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Willingness to float to other nearby facilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating adult dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders in post-acute or long-term care populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation in SNF environments.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:30 – 16:30.
• Workweek: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
• Floating to nearby facility may be required.
