Shift: 5x8 days, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (typical)
Work setting: outpatient physical therapy with minimal acute inpatient coverage available as needed

Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation and ongoing treatment planning for outpatient physical therapy patients
- Implement PT plans of care, progress patients, and document outcomes
- Deliver occasional inpatient coverage as required by the assignment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and adhere to relevant regulations
- Ensure care aligns with California licensure requirements and professional standards

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university in physical therapy
- Licensure: Current California Physical Therapy license, or eligible for registration
- Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
- Certifications: AHA BLS required
- Licensure condition: A valid California driver’s license when travel is required
- Ability to work in outpatient PT with occasional acute inpatient coverage as needed
