Eastridge Workforce Solutions is committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking a Packaging Associate to support our client's team. Location: Allentown, PA Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Pay Range: $16.00- $18.00 hourly Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Place packaged product into cartons or containers from a machine or conveyor
• Apply labels to boxes and assemble displays as needed
• Insert materials into packaging when required
• Count materials and handle returned or rejected product
• Notify supervision of any issues or irregularities on the line

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work in a structured environment
• Reliable and attentive to detail
