Duties
Help
- Receives incoming calls to the clinic and routes the calls to their proper destination.
- Directs patients and visitors to appropriate offices; applies general knowledge of the organization and location of organizational units, functions and key personnel.
- Maintains records used as guidelines in telephone operation and reception, such as telephone directories, organization listings and area hospital and clinic telephone numbers.
- Handles incoming/outgoing mail; overseeing mail pickup and distribution.
- Provides clerical support work to staff.
