Your tasks will include but are not limited to:Greet Guests warmly, engage with them, offer guidance or suggestions (e.g. smoothie flavors or nutrition options)Blend smoothies & prepare other fan favorites, following recipe standards to ensure quality and consistencyOperate POS/register, ring up sales, handle cash/credit transactions accuratelyPrep ingredients: fruits, veggies, powders, liquids, frozen components — ensuring freshness and proper rotationRestock supplies, portion sizes, maintain adequate inventory of frequently used itemsMaintain cleanliness: wash dishes, sanitize equipment and surfaces, mop floors, clean restrooms and/or dining areasPerform opening and/or closing duties: setting up stations, shutting down equipment, counting cash, securing storeFollow the store's daily checklist / cleaning schedule / food safety & sanitation policiesAssist teammates during busy times, help where needed (teamwork)Basic math skills, ability to follow recipes and portioning guidelines preciselySoft skills: patience and maintain composure under pressure, positive attitude, good communication, ability to multi-taskBe punctual, dressed in uniform, ready for work with a great attitudeQualificationsAt least 15 years old: must be able to work legally in the U.S.Reliable transportation to get to work (as shifts may vary)Willingness to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items (stock, ingredients), and work in a fast-paced environmentBe able to work at a minimum three (3) 4-hour shifts per weekWhat's a plus (but not required):Previous experience in food service, cafes, smoothie bars, or quick service restaurantsPrior cash handling or POS/register experienceWhat We OfferPaid training (we teach you everything you need to know)Flexible scheduling — ideal for students or people balancing multiple commitmentsEmployee discounts on Smoothie King menu itemsOpportunities for advancement (e.g. Shift Lead, Trainer, etc.) for motivated team membersFriendly, supportive work environment with teammates who care about guest experience and wellnessSupplemental payTipsBenefitsPaid trainingCompany IntroductionSmoothie King is a health-focused brand committed to helping guests live active, balanced lives.
