Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associate workers for a heavy equipment and industrial distribution company in Willmar, MN. In this role, youll support warehouse operations by managing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized facility. What Youll Do as a Warehouse Associate:

• Fill and prepare orders for shipment and inventory
• Receive parts and manage backordered items
• Pull materials from stock locations to complete orders
• Help manage bin locations and verify inventory accuracy
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts
• Assess tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and compliance

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Associate Role:

• Must have a high School Diploma or GED
• Must have at least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must have basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable, efficient, and positive attitude
• Experience with diesel engines, heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive is a plus
