Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active license or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in K-12 schools is highly desirable
• Proficiency conducting a variety of psychological assessments and delivering data-driven recommendations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) preferred for greater impact
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement student support plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret standardized psychological testing for students as required
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for student accommodations and services
• Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to positive behavioral supports
• Maintain thorough and confidential records, documenting progress and findings
• Offer consultation and training to teachers and staff as needed
