We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing and business development team. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, social media, and proposal development—and want to work where your contributions make a real impact—we’d love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Develop and execute engaging monthly social media content across platforms. Support proposal creation with compelling layouts and graphics (InDesign skills a must!). Help drive brand consistency across all touchpoints, from signage to digital campaigns. Maintain marketing assets: project data, resumes, awards, web content. Represent TWF at events, some outside traditional hours—where you’ll showcase our brand and values. Contribute to internal newsletters, podcasts, and presentations that connect and inspire.
