Customer Care Advisor – $17/hr. (2 Openings)

We are currently hiring Customer Care Advisors to join a fast-paced, customer-focused call center team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a structured environment.

ONSITE IN MECHANICSBURG

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (5 x 8-hour shifts)

Pay: $17/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats
• Assist with telephone and online orders
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Help customers navigate the website and complete orders
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous call center/customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Consistent work history (1–3+ years in roles)
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Self-starter with strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
