Location: Williamsport, IN

Pay: $18.00/hr ($17.00/hr base pay + $1.00/hr shift differential) 

Schedule: 2nd Shift (Training may be completed on 1st Shift before transitioning to 2nd Shift)

Potential for Long term hire

Job Overview: We are seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Process Table Operator in the Williamsport area.This position is responsible for operating process tables and pulling liner through fire hose products to help support an efficient production process. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, a reliable work history, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate process tables safely and efficiently.
• Pull liner through fire hose products to support production.
• Monitor product flow and ensure materials are processed correctly.
• Perform quality checks and follow all work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Please note : Candidates must be willing to  work in a team setting ,  have great communication skills (written and verbal), and must be able  to pass a background check . 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Stable and reliable work history.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to train on 1st Shift before transitioning to 2nd Shift, if needed.
