- Private Group that Provides Hospital, Primary, and Skilled Nursing Facility Medicine
- Group has 12 Physicians and 22 total APP's
- Founded in 2005 with about 50 employees
- Great stability and well established group. Physicians and admin have been with this group for over 20 years.
- Highly flexible schedule and independence.
- Live and work close to Baltimore with great amenities around
About the Role:
- Internal Medicine Physician - Skilled Nursing Facility Coverage
- Location: Parkville, Maryland area (20mins from Baltimore)
- Schedule: M-F Daytime Hours
- Typical Daily Volume: 20 - 25 Patients.
- Flexible Schedule - Call, Weekends, and Evenings NOT a requirement
- Provider will consistently work in the same SNF facility on a weekly basis.
- Physician will be providing typical primary care services, medication management, and disease management services for inpatient population.
- Covering follow ups, evaluations, new admissions, sick visits, etc..
- Visa Sponsorship if needed - J1 or H1B
Benefits:
