Role Overview To issue invoices to customers. Review orders and work orders for correct documentation. Position Responsibilities Calculating charges to customers & clients Issuing invoices to customers & clients Checking and reviewing customer orders and work orders/estimates for correct documentation Data entry, mail & some telephone duties as well as other administrative support tasks Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 year Office Administrative &/or Billing or relevant experience 1 year Google Suite Experience Strong organizational skills Ability to effectively prioritize Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Medical, dental and vision Insurance 401(k) with generous employer match Paid time off, including 10 paid holidays Optional health savings account & flexible spending account #J-18808-Ljbffr
