Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing the full cycle of accounting (from AP/AR through financial reporting). 2+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online. Comfortable working under tight deadlines to ensure processes and procedures are completed on time. What You’ll Do (The Mission) Full‑Cycle Ownership: total responsibility for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Month‑End Mastery: assist the month‑end close process with speed and precision, ensuring all reconciliations are flawless. Financial Reporting: prepare and present accurate balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash‑flow reports to leadership. Compliance & Integrity: maintain strict adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls to protect company assets. Cash Flow Management: monitor daily bank activity and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal financial flow. Strategic Partnership: collaborate with leadership to provide data‑driven insights for budgeting, forecasting, and growth goals.
