  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations for new clients to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing their mental health challenges.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, adapting techniques to meet individual client needs.

  • Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups, facilitating discussions that promote healing and personal development.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment efficacy.

  • Document progress clearly and regularly, maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards for telehealth services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote LPC, you will engage with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges. This may include those coping with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our holistic approach emphasizes the importance of understanding the whole person, enabling you to tailor your support to the unique circumstances and backgrounds of each client.

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

  • A minimum of two years of post-graduate counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
