You will: Drive restaurant performance through sales growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service. Build a positive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued, motivated, and recognized. Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to create a strong and engaged team. Manage guest feedback with professionalism and resolve concerns quickly and effectively. Create schedules and manage staffing to support business demands while maintaining labor goals. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by upholding all operational and safety standards.
