Electro Mechanical Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in complex electronic and mechanical products, is seeking a dedicated Electro Mechanical Assembler to join their dynamic team. As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and wiring of sophisticated equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Electro Mechanical Assembler

Location: Boonton, NJ

Pay Range: $18.25 per hour 

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble and wire complex equipment following blueprints, models, and work instructions.
• Perform intricate fitting, adjusting, and aligning of parts within close tolerances.
• Set up, operate, and maintain basic production machinery such as engravers, presses, crimpers, and riveting machines.
• Build harness assemblies and perform light PCB assembly as needed.
• Utilize hand and power tools to ensure precise assembly and maintain quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1-3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of electronic and electrical safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent workmanship standards.
• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
