Front Desk Agent/Part Time Night Auditor
Homewood Suites by Hilton BloomingtonMall of America is seeking a dependable, guest-focused Front Desk Agent/Part Time Night Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests while ensuring accurate overnight financial reporting and smooth hotel operations.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Complete check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment processing
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
- Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
- Prepare and distribute financial and operational reports
- Monitor hotel activity and assist with guest safety and security
- Communicate important information to hotel leadership and incoming shifts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and handling financial transactions
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills; Hilton systems experience is a plus
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
