If you’re passionate about making a difference, apply today! 2 Positions Available General Duties andResponsibilities: Provide behavior/SEL/mental health support to all students Complete student risk assessments Maintain required records Provide crisis intervention services as needed Provide/connect students/families withappropriate supportservices Connect students/families withappropriate outsidesupport agencies Consult with teachers/administrators/counselors to support student behavioral/SEL/mental health needs Punctual,regularand consistent attendance isrequired Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work Must hold (or qualify for) a valid State of Michigan license(LMSW, LLMSW, SSW, and/or LPC) Embodies high ethical standards and integrity.Accepts responsibility for decisions and conduct Ability tocomply withdrug-free workplace rules and board policies Ability toestablishworking relationships with co-workers and function as part of a cohesive team Ability toutilizeappropriate technologyas directed.Commitment to keep current with workplace innovations that enhance personal productivity Ability tofacilitatestudent/family access toappropriate communityresources. Knowledge of best practices in school climate and SEL Strategies (PBIS, MTSS, SEL Standards, Restorative Practices, Tier II Interventions, etc.) Ability to evaluate students as part of a team todetermineeligibility for Special Education programs/services Ability toassistin the development,implementationand progress monitoring of Functional Behavior Assessments/Behavior Intervention Plans Punctual,regular& consistentattendance isrequired.
