Job Title Sr. Developer Job Description Summary Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with deep expertise in PowerBI, Tableau and Data Bricks to design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards, analytics products, and reporting solutions that support decision‑making across the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business. This role will be responsible for managing existing BI Products including Leadership Dashboard and developing new Products by transforming complex, fragmented datasets into intuitive, reliable, and actionable visual insights used by executives, brokers, and operational teams. Compensation The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
