Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to support our senior residents in Cañon City. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and quality of life. Collaborating closely with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll document progress, educate residents and families, and ensure safe discharge planning.
