Located in the center of the Texas Panhandle, Pampa Regional Medical Center is a 25-bed critical-access hospital serving our communities with a full range of surgical and medical services. Pampa Regional Medical Center is certified by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and has been recognized by the Leapfrog Group and Healthgrades for patient safety and was named among the “100 Top Hospitals” by IBM Watson Health in 2018. Responsibilities
The Receptionist will receive the patient and direct them to the services needed. Making appointments and making preliminary assessment category of payment for patients are essential before provider can see them. Make patient appointments and follow up appointments.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred.2. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.3. Effective written and verbal communication skills4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines5. Analytical and problem-solving skills6. Customer Services experience required7. High School Graduate or GED Equivalent preferred
