The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Embassy Suites brand standards. This role ensures every guest enjoys a comfortable, spotless, and memorable stay.

Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning — Make beds, replace linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces.

• Restock Supplies — Replenish towels, toiletries, amenities, and housekeeping carts.

• Public Area Cleaning — Maintain hallways, elevators, and common spaces.

• Report Maintenance Issues — Immediately report damages, repairs, or safety concerns.

• Respond to Guest Requests — Deliver items and assist guests promptly and professionally.

• Room Reset & Organization — Ensure furniture placement, amenities, and room layout meet brand standards.

• Follow Safety Procedures — Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience Required — Hotel or housekeeping experience is required.

• Physical Requirements — Ability to lift 30–50 lbs, push/pull carts, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.

• Core Skills — Strong attention to detail, reliability, customer service, and time management.

• Cleaning Knowledge — Understanding of cleaning products and sanitation methods.
