Role Description We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Indiana, United States. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within a rehabilitation-focused clinic. Key responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, developing patient care plans, prescribing medications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing patient education and counseling. The Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care and enhancing patient outcomes. Qualifications Proven clinical competencies, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Experience in inpatient care, physical rehabilitation, pain management, or related fields Strong communication and patient education skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care Expertise in prescribing medication and managing treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Indiana Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program Prior experience in physiatry or rehabilitation settings is preferred Strong problem-solving skills with an evidence-based approach to patient care Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
