YOUR DAY AS A MAINTENANCE TECH As a new Maintenance Tech at The Ivy of McKinney, you'll quickly become familiar with our onsite systems, tools, and procedures. Your day-to-day will involve conducting routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests promptly, and assisting with any repairs or installations needed. You'll collaborate with the team to ensure the facility is always in top shape, embodying our customer‑focused approach. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS MAINTENANCE TECH JOB? To excel as a Maintenance Tech, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience of solid grasp of basic maintenance operations and tools. Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
