Sr. Director, Sales & Marketing NA, PTx Location: Tremont, IL; Westminster, CO; Duluth, GA; Sunnyvale, CA (remote with regional travel) Employment Duration: PTxWorkplace Type: Remote (in-person occasional). Your Workplace Primarily performed from a home office; on‑site presence required for regional meetings and dealer visits across the US and Canada. Your Impact Commercial Strategy & Execution – develop and implement commercial plans aligned with retrofit and OEM strategic objectives; drive market penetration, revenue growth, and profitability; monitor market trends and customer insights. Sales Enablement & Support – partner with regional sales teams to deliver training, tools, and resources; collaborate with marketing on campaigns; support pricing strategy, discount structures, and channel programs. Customer & Dealer Engagement – build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts; act as the voice of the customer; partner with customer success and service teams to drive adoption and retention. Cross‑Functional Leadership – work closely with product management, finance, and operations to align roadmap, forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain commitments. Performance Measurement – track, report, and analyze commercial performance metrics; recommend corrective actions to meet or exceed targets. Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field. 7+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles, with 3+ years leading teams; preferably in ag‑tech, agricultural equipment, or related industries. Strong understanding of precision agriculture, digital farming solutions, retrofit sales, and dealer/distribution networks. Proven success in developing and executing commercial strategies with measurable results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to interpret market data and P&L drivers. Commitment to travel as needed (both domestically and internationally) – minimum 30–50%.
